This policy explains what personal data we collect through stoma32.ro, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Who we are
The data controller is Stoma32, registered at to be completed. You can write to us at contact@stoma32.ro.
What data we collect and why
When you send us a message through the contact form, we process what you fill in: your name, e-mail address, optionally your phone and clinic, and your message.
- Purpose: to reply and discuss your request (a demo, a project).
- Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
We don’t use the data for marketing and never sell it. This site uses no analytics or advertising tools.
Who else has access
We use providers that process data only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosting the site and protecting it from abuse;
- Resend — delivering the e-mail with your message to us.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as needed to reply and keep a record of the conversation — at most 2 years from the last contact unless we start working together, in which case the contract’s terms apply.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before. Write to us at contact@stoma32.ro.
If you believe your data isn’t processed correctly, you can complain to Romania’s data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Stoma32 Hub
This policy covers the site only. The data clinics enter into Stoma32 Hub (patients, appointments, clinical records) belongs to the clinics and is processed under the contract and data processing agreement with each clinic.
