The clinic’s calendar
The day by doctor or by room, the week at a glance. Appointments follow each doctor’s schedule, their leave and the clinic’s hours, and no doctor or room can be booked twice at the same time.

Treatment plans on the dental chart
Select teeth along the arches or in rows, pick a procedure or a group from the catalogue, and the plan builds itself in stages — with the catalogue price copied into the plan, a discount per item and computed totals.
- Permanent, primary or mixed dentition, from the patient’s age
- Items go proposed → accepted → in progress → done
- Printed or saved as PDF for the patient’s consent

Patient records
Contact details, a validated national ID, legal guardians for minors, GDPR consent, medical alerts shown wherever the patient appears.
X-rays
Panoramic, periapical, clinical photos. Open them next to the treatment plan, with zoom and negative view.
Performed treatments
Recorded by the doctor at the visit or from the plan, session by session. Editable for 24 hours; after that only by a correction that keeps the original.
Per-tooth history
Click a tooth on the chart to see everything done on it, in order — including work on its quadrant or the whole mouth.
Procedure catalogue
Prices with history; procedures per tooth, quadrant, arch or across several teeth; groups of procedures in stages.
Team and schedules
E-mail invitations, roles (administrator, doctor, assistant, front desk), each doctor’s weekly schedule and exceptions.
Medical data, treated as such
- Every action has a permission; the front desk doesn’t see clinical data.
- An audit trail: who changed what and when, including who opened a patient’s record.
- Patients with a history aren’t deleted: they’re archived. Treatments aren’t rewritten: they’re corrected.
- X-rays are never public: the application serves them only after checking access.
- Hosted in the European Union.
